Our Vision:

The Vision of the Waldoboro Food Pantry is to eliminate food insecurity in the Towns of Waldoboro, Bremen and Nobleboro, Maine.

Seasonal local produce

We work together with local farms, markets, and individuals to ensure you have what you need with ingredients from the community. Available at least two times per month

Have questions? Visit our new FAQs page for answers!

We currently only provide delivery to the following locations: Sproul Block, Waldoboro Village, and Cole’s Hill.  We envision adding additional locations when volunteer availability and scheduling permits. Other than these select locations, we do not provide individual deliveries.  If you are experiencing transportation barriers during our scheduled distribution, you can have ANYONE, a friend, neighbor, family member, case worker or clergy pick up food for you. In order to keep the line moving, we are limiting the number of households being picked up for to four per vehicle, including the driver’s household. Anyone who needs to pick up for five or more households should contact Operations, at 207-520-5100 x800 to make special arrangements. New clients experiencing food insecurity are always welcome and sign up is a breeze.

Who We Are

Provided with dignity, love & respect

We’ve been there too – having a fresh meal on the table doesn’t always feel like an option, which is exactly the reason we started the Waldoboro Food Pantry. We are here to ensure that you and your family are fed. We are available and open to the community twice a month. By opening our doors twice we can ensure that you have the freshest and most sustainable food available.

Looking to donate?

We gladly accept donations from vendors, super markets, and individuals. Every meal matters to our community.
